Memorial Day
Memorial service for all the fallen in the battle of Okinawa.

During the pacific War, the people of Okinawa experienced the horror of
the ground battle that caused the loss of more than 200,000 precious lives and of irreplaceable cultural assets.
We must accept the history solemnly and solace the soul. Not to cause such ferociousness again, Okinawa will pray for the long lasting world peace.
